The Company expects establish an office at Legacy Construction Company of Colorado's office complex beginning in April 2014. DirectView Security will initially staff two sales professionals to work with Legacy as well as other potential partners and customers in Colorado and the surrounding areas. Management believes the establishment of a physical office in Colorado will enable the company to capitalize on the growing number of opportunities in the region's cannabis industry for its video surveillance and security offerings as well as alarm monitoring and access control.

$DIRV - DirectView Selected to Provide Comprehensive Video and Security System for Cannabis Facility in Colorado

Company to install a wide array of monitoring equipment for new 15,000 square foot Marijuana Grow Facility in the Denver Area

DirectView Security will provide installation of IP surveillance cameras with NVR recording covering the entire facility. Management of the facility will have full remote monitoring capability of each camera using the DirectView App twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The Company will also provide alarm and temperature monitoring equipment to secure the facility and provide instant notifications in the event of any temperature variances. Temperature management is critical to ensuring the highest possible yield at the facility. DirectView Security expects to begin the installation within the month.
